Working capital grant
International trade shows
In connection with the implementation of the above project, our sales team actively participated in two trade fairs: China International Furniture Fairs 2019 and SNIEC Furniture China 2019. We managed to visit about 2000 exhibitors from different parts of the world. The offer presented is already bearing fruit in new contacts.
International trade fairs
As part of the project: “International trade fairs as an opportunity for export expansion of MGJ Sp. z o. o.”, the company also exhibited with its offer at the Dubai (UAE) Fair – Dubai WoodShow on 15-17 March 2022. This was an invaluable opportunity for the company to conclude new contracts and learn about the specifics of the global wood market.
Investment in a modern technological line
Implementation of the project within the framework of the grant agreement no. RPPM.02.02.01-22-0301/17 allowed our company, thanks to new investments in machinery park including a wide-belt saw with carriage from BARTON MAQUINARIA S.L., a sawdust and waste removal system from JKF Sp.z o.o., a timber collection and sorting system from RUHO-TEC GmbH and an internal transport system for timber from NECC SP. z o.o., take timber production to a higher level. Full automation of work and modern solutions gave the opportunity to produce a new product – heartwood timber, characterized by a better fit to the needs of our customers. Modern investments in new products
We have been investing heavily in the development of the sawmill for many years. Thanks to EU grants, we were able to modernize our machinery park and increase employment and create a number of new jobs.
We have also increased the range of lumber produced by adding such species as ash, alder and sycamore.
Thanks to EU financial support, we switched 100% to the production of chamber-dried timber. We built new wood drying facilities. Currently, the entire drying process is controlled automatically by a computer system. Which guarantees, combined with our vast experience in drying wood, very good quality timber.
